The story is breaking. Propaganda failure. Response: lock-down, police state. When propaganda fails, only three alternatives remain for the power elite: 1. Submit to the will to the people. 2. Yield power. 3. Resort to force. Neither of the first two options are acceptable to the reigning business and political elite. That leaves only one option.
